Returns and Exchanges
Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your CHEAPTALK purchase. If you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at cheaptalkcreative@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide you with return instructions.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges: If you need a different size, color, or product, we offer exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase.
- Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached to be eligible for an exchange.
- Process: To request an exchange, email us at cheaptalkcreative@outlook.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new size/color/product you’d like.
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or help you choose an alternative product.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges. We will cover the shipping cost of the new item sent to you.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Sale items
- Custom or personalized products
- Items marked as final sale
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at cheaptalkcreative@outlook.com so we can resolve the issue promptly. We’ll cover the return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
