CHEAPTALK Shipping Policy

Handling Time:

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Australia): We offer shipping via Australia Post with the following options:

    • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days within Australia.
    • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
  2. Express Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days within Australia.
    • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping: We also offer international shipping to most countries.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary by destination and can take between 7-21 business days depending on the country.
  • Customs & Import Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • Tracking Information: Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Some countries may have limited tracking capabilities.

Delivery Responsibility:

  • Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number is provided, CHEAPTALK is no longer responsible for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit. The shipping carrier (Australia Post or international carrier partners) is responsible for your package once it leaves our hands.

Lodging a Claim:

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at cheaptalkcreative@outlook.com. We can assist you in lodging a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
